All the Rates listed for the accommodations  are based on double occupancy . $10.00usd ($20.00bzd)charge for any additional person. 

For reservations more than 3 days in advance we require a deposit  fee of $75.00 USD ($150 bzd) to confirm your reservation (This is 100% refundable up to two weeks prior to check in date.   The deposit is 50% refundable up to one week before check in;  there after no refund will be given on the deposit).

Your reservation  deposit can be paid on line through PayPal,  or by credit card Please supply us with your email address and we will send you the deposit payment information.

A 9% hotel tax will be added to your final bill.
